The Fountain is an intimate and private oasis located on a quiet neighborhood street. Its three newly rejuvenated Art Deco structures have been entered into the National Registry of historic buildings.
Guests can be assured that the property and the vacation rental has been cleaned using the CDC guidelines for cleanliness and close attention has been given to high touch surfaces. Social distancing and masks are encouraged. Please wash your hands often and use the hand sanitizer that has been placed in the common areas of the property.
The Fountain also features a pool, a rarity in the historic Art Deco district, as well as a landscaped courtyard patio area which features a gas grill and picnic table to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our vacation rental features a well appointed deluxe Jr. one bedroom condo. Other features include saturnia marble flooring, floor to ceiling marble shower, fully equipped European-style granite top kitchen with stove top, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave oven, as well as en-suite washer dryers.
