There is a half bathroom next to the laundry room that houses a washer and dryer. Located in the Tween Waters stretch, enjoy the best of Captiva by walking to the beach, swimming in the heated pool or jump on your boat docked in your backyard. Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance. All our properties have contact free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!

This was the best vacation ever. The condo was spacious and very clean. The unit sits back from the main street facing the bay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The private pool was great when we didn't want to lug everything across the street to the beach. The proximity to the restaurants and shops was an easy walk. All the people we met were very friendly. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Can't say enough great things about our stay.

Captiva is like a slice of heaven. It is the best family vacation spot to spend quality time together without all the noise and distraction of the world. The view sitting on the screened in porch is spectacular. The walk to the beach takes literally 3 minutes, out your driveway and across the street. There are amazing restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes drive away. The floor plan works great having a master suite upstairs that is very private with a gorgeous jacuzzi tub. Twin beds in one bedroom and a Queen size in another allowed plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is completely ready to cook when you aren't heading out to the restaurant. Memories made and we hope to be able to return year after year. Thank you to the hosts of this property!

We stayed bayside in this wonderful condo this year and it was a total game changer! The condos furnishings were top notch, and having an a/c unit in the upstairs master suite is fabulous!!! Then there's the outside. It was the most relaxing trip we've had in the 15 years we've been staying at Captiva Shores. From the shady lanai to the birds, to the lack of traffic, it couldn't have been better. Our family has now converted to bayside! Could go on and on about the benefits but you should give it a try. You will not regret it.

Excellent stay. Condo was clean, well equipped and all around comfortable. Easy walk to beach and Captiva restaurants. Would definitely book again.
