The master bathroom features marble floors and counter-top, dual sinks and marble shower. Your friends and family will be very comfortable in the guest bedroom with twin beds and soothing décor. The guest bathroom features a marble sink and glass tiled shower. Wood floors through out this luxurious condo.
Listen to the waves break, walk the shell lined beach, play a game of tennis, relax on the top deck and watch world renowned sunsets. A true Sanibel Island beach vacation!
This is a no smoking complex. No smoking allowed on lanais, in the units or on the grounds.
The Sandy Bend complex has eight two bedroom/ two bathroom condos, a four bedroom cottage, a building elevator and tennis courts.
Kingfisher Vacations will only book reservations up to 51 weeks in advance.
All our properties have contact free check-in, no need to stop at the office (or a stop light none of those here)!

In my business, I often write about how to deliver an ideal customer experience. The very best experience is one where the guest doesn’t need to ask for anything, because it’s all been anticipated. That was the case with this stunning condo with a mesmerizing view of the waves from the lanai. You can walk right out of your door onto the warm sand and pick through mountains of shells or just relax on the provided lounge chairs. (With Covid still causing problems we felt safe knowing there were no lobbies or elevators to negotiate to get in or out.) Inside, everything was perfect. A well stocked kitchen, right down to the paper towels, dish soap and even laundry detergent for the washer and dryer. No need to bring soap or even beach towels. Every time we thought of something we needed, we opened a few cabinets and found it. (Tip: the flashlights under the sink have fully charged batteries to make for a perfect late-night beach walk.) We loved the comfy living and dining rooms, but we lived on the porch and left the screened windows open to fall asleep each night to the sound of waves. We’ve be to Sanibel several times before but this was the best place we’ve stayed and the only place we’ll stay in the future. Thank you!

Amazing view, luxuriously appointed with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Condo was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Location was great, close to shops, restaurants, Tarpon Bay and Ding Darling. Condo was SO close to the beach so there was no long walk with all of your stuff. The porch was beautiful with a lovely breeze. The rental agency was very nice and promptly answered my emails. They were a pleasure to communicate with. We had a superb vacation! Can’t wait to come back!
