The first master bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a screened lanai overlooking the pool. The second guest room has two comfortable twin beds, two trundles, and a flat-screen TV, and opens to the screened lanai overlooking the pool. The large shared bathroom has dual sinks, a separate shower, and a tub. The master retreat on the top floor features stunning views, a comfy king bed, a large sitting area, and a screened lanai overlooking the pool. This well maintained complex features parking underneath each townhome, beautiful tropical grounds, a shared heated pool, hot tub and grill. There is also a dock on the bay for fishing or docking your boat (additional fees apply). Direct Gulf views from each townhome and stunning white beaches right across the 25mph street. Central to restaurants, music, shopping, marinas and the general store.

Great location close, within walking distance of fun restaurants, and across the street from a beautiful, essentially private beach facing West, which makes for beautiful sunsets. Very nice house, but you can tell it gets a lot of use and it could use a little updating and repair in a couple areas.

We visited Captiva June 22-29, 2019 and stayed at Ark. It was nothing short of perfect. The three bedroom villa met our needs for 6 adults. Everything that we needed for a day at the beach was provided. The beautiful beach was directly across from the villa for extremely easy access. We loved that it was private and quiet at the beach since there is no public parking nearby. The shelling was fun. We took morning walks into town. The restaurants are all very close by. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to fix meals at home. The decor in the villa was nice. I highly recommend staying at Ark or one of the other Captiva Beach Villas.

Loved this home!! It is decorated beautifully and has ample space for two families (including kids!). The views of the beach are incredible and you'll never miss a sunset with the huge front windows. Captiva itself was great. The home is located near the center of the town and it's a quick and easy walk to all the great restaurants on the island. A perfect vacation!

The home was ideally located in a quiet part of town across from the beautiful gulf beach! It had a beautiful pool, was beautifully and freshly decorated, comfortable and spacious! It had access to a private dock in the back and was close to many restaurants and water sports. We enjoyed our stay, swimming, shelling, trying different water sports in the calm waters, relaxing, taking in the vistas including the magnificent Captiva sunsets, eating out and in, and exploring nearby attractions, including a wonderful Captiva sunset cruise out of the South Seas Resort and the quite amazingly preserved historic Sanibel town. It was just the house we were looking for with just the right location as well! My only advice would be to update the games that are in the house for the guests to enjoy. Otherwise, the house is fully appointed and perfect! (Note, check in was easy but check out was not as we did not want to leave....and we would've appreciated a noon checkout vs. a 10 am checkout.)
