Gulf-front villa and guest house with pristine white sand beach, private heated pool, and glorious sunset views over the ocean and beach that are unparalleled on the island. Filled with amenities to make your vacation a breeze! Arcadia is an ideal villa and location for large families, friends, or couples looking to share an activity-filled yet serene beach vacation. Your group can spread out in two comfortable and professionally decorated homes. The heated pool and tropical garden, filled with hibiscus, grasses, and palms, connect the two. The main house contains a newly renovated, full kitchen complete with Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch induction range and dishwasher, and quartzite countertops, which overlooks an open plan living-dining area filled with comfy sofas and chairs, complete with games, puzzles, and books for all ages. Beyond that is an expansive deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, the uncrowded white sand beach, and dune plantings — just made for lounging, entertaining, and admiring the vibrant sunsets! The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, ample storage, and a private porch overlooking the beach and pines. The attached master bath is tiled in marble and features a double sink and walk-in shower. You’ll also find two comfortable guest bedrooms, each containing two twin beds, plenty of storage, and a marble-tiled bath with a walk-in shower. There is a pull-out sofa in the sunroom (sleeps 8). The guest house contains one bedroom (king-sized bed) and one bath and walk-in shower, complete with a newly renovated, full kitchen with Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch induction range and dishwasher, and quartzite countertops, which overlooks an open plan living-dining area and a screened porch. There is a pull-out sofa in the living area (sleeps 4). Washer and dryer in both houses. Each home features tasteful and comfortable beach chic décor, flat-screen TVs, and picture windows overlooking the Gulf and sandy paths to the beach. Enjoy the shorebirds, dolphins, bald eagles, and world-renowned sunsets all from the comfort of your deck, and Outdoors, lounge on chaises or sofas on the deck, porches, or around the pool. Market umbrellas are set up by the pool to provide shade on the hottest days. Come evening, you’ll find a large grill for barbecuing (propane and grill tools provided). Head to the beach for shelling, fishing, and swimming in the gentle Gulf surf. Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand toys, and pool toys are provided for fun in the sun. Arcadia provides a warm and comfortable retreat for guests of all ages, filled with amenities to make living easy in this paradise of sun and sea.

We loved staying in this beautiful home! It’s right on the beach with private access which was AMAZING. The private pool was also incredible. The home is very close to restaurants and shops in both Captiva and Sanibel. If we return back, we will definitely stay in this home. The host answered questions very promptly.

Location, location, location! Arcadia is delightful for myriad reasons. Its location is private, convenient and accessible to all that Captiva and Sanibel have to offer. Both the main and guest houses have been newly and lovingly remodeled, both inside and out. Large new kitchen with primo appliances, new bathrooms, furniture, flooring, linens, everything! It is tastefully decorated in lovely blues and is exceedingly well equipped. The locale is fantastic with a priceless sunset view on a brand new, expansive deck with fabulous lounge furniture. The private pool (also with comfy lounge furniture) and driveway areas are newly landscaped--again, tasteful and lovely at every turn. The main house sleeps six to eight comfortably with three baths. The inviting, peaceful master suite has its own private bath and a balcony that overlooks the beach. The guest house is also a delightful spot (also newly remodeled) with a screen porch where we spent loads of time--the guest house has one bedroom with a pull out couch, new and well equipped kitchen with a bar and dining area as well as a roomy seating area that overlooks the ocean-- just right for two to four people.. In addition, both guest and main houses have lovely walkways to the quiet, stunning beach that is low traffic and perfect for families with children and adults alike. I have stayed at this property many times and will continue to rent Arcadia in the future. It truly can't be beat! Highly recommend! You will so enjoy.

Two beautiful and well kept gulf front homes. This is no typical rental. Arcadia is a well loved, professionally decorated 2 cottages property, with quality throughout both homes. The kitchens have everything you will want or need for a wonderful stay. The pool is clean and well maintained. My ONLY criticism is the heavy growth surrounding the pool deck. It needs to be removed and perhaps extend the concrete pool deck to accommodate the chairs and chaise better.
This property is LOVELY.
